Business Development Manager - Professional Recruitment Services A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a market leading recruitment consultancy for a business development manager, covering the north of England.
My Client is a market leader in their field, with a great reputation for delivering a quality led service, and have excellent retention rate with their client base. To build on this success to date, the company has recognized the need for an individual to focus on developing new links into clients across their territory, and become in effect, the "face" of the business.
You are likely to be an experienced business professional, with gravitas to liaise at decision maker level, and be confident in your ability to present and close business effectively. A proven record of success in recruitment is required, and any discipline will be considered with Finance, IT or other similar white collar market places being the preference.
This is a strategy based approach, and will suit someone with the ability to analyse the market and find opportunity and room for growth. The ability to network, soft sell, develop interest at board level, and add value to the potential client's recruitment process are all integral to the role.
You will work in tandem with the Operations Manager to establish targets and sectors to focus on, and your main aim is to generate new opportunities for the resource team to fill. You will be a natural presenter, and should be comfortable building rapport with the resource team to fully explain the brief.
