Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector, Basic salary Up to £17k, OTE £30k+ - Fantastic Benefits and Training - Leeds City Centre. Your Profile Are you a graduate or graduate calibre candidate who is looking to be part of an exciting fast moving Recruitment Company? Sourcing and interviewing candidates, building and developing relationships with clients and managing the whole recruitment process. You will receive fantastic training and coaching to develop your sales skills, and be quickly encouraged to take on real responsibilities. The role will involve working within a team of consultants within your specialist recruitment field, and you will receive team commission on the back of your success.
