Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Scientific Recruitment - to £18k + OTE £35k - Leeds Your Profile As a Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant you are a Graduate looking for a rewarding Sales career in Recruitment. Able to demonstrate the drive and determination needed to succeed in Recruitment, you will have previous experience in a Telesales/Sales environment with experience of outbound cold-calling. You will be looking for an opportunity to prove yourself in a target-driven, pro-active and competitive industry where the earning potential is sky high and career opportunities are endless. Ideally you will have graduated in a Science domain and have an understanding of the nature of the Scientific/Medical Sciences industry, although this is not essential. The Role Due to rapid growth an opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a successful team. You will enjoy extensive training with proven and experienced consultants throughout your Recruitment career as well as development plans, targets and support to help you go from strength to strength. You can expect to liaise with clients and candidates of all levels and will be comfortable in a role cold calling and developing business from new and existing clients. Your professional Sales approach will thrive in this industry and help you grow your career in Recruitment.
