Technical Sales Recruitment Consultant
Bristol
Up to £28k + Ote £42-45k + Benefits

Working a specific sector of the sales recruitment market place, my client has created a reputation for quality and knowledge when placing candidates from trainee to director level. Having added a consultant this time last year, they are again looking to add to this particular team with a polished, professional sales recruiter who is looking to develop a specialist rather than generalist career.

With excellent coverage of their market place, this team have become renowned as the sector specialists, so you will benefit from joining a team at the top of their game. In return they are looking for someone probably looking for their second recruitment role and who has a solid grasp of managing the end to end process from taking job descriptions and interviewing people, through to closing offers.

This will probably suit someone coming from a corporate recruitment environment who would enjoy more autonomy and room to develop their own style. Last year's recruit billed £180k from a standing start with 2 years recruitment prior to that so expectations are high; but so is the earning potential.
