My client is a rapidly expanding technology recruitment business, currently experiencing very strong year-on-year growth.
They need an experienced recruitment consultant to start up a new desk dealing with the Middleware/EAI applications market and look to emulate the success their currently achieving in the SAP sector. Two years ago my client had only just entered the SAP market, today they have a team of 11 dedicated consultants, with the top consultants expecting to earn £185,000 in 2008.
The successful consultant will have experience of recruiting for technologies such as Tibco, Oracle (BEA), IBM WebSphere, Software AG (Webmethods) and SAP XI. This opportunity will suit somebody who is entrepreneurial in nature that is currently being restricted in their current company and wants a new challenge of helping to establish a desk. The NON-MICRO MANAGED environment has meant they have created a very enjoyable culture for the hard working professional. On offer is a strong basic salary with NO THRESHOLD and commission that scales to 40
