Recruitment Consultant - Finance, Audit, Taxation - Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Basic Salary 35-55K (Negotiable) + Commission (8-10K in first year) + Fully Expensed Car + Excellent Benefits

With a range of divisions their teams of consultants work on specific markets and as such become experts in their field. They are now looking to recruit ambitious professionals, ideally of graduate calibre to join existing teams in their office based in Amsterdam. You should have previous recruitment experience, not necessarily within finance recruitment as my client will cross train candidates, but you must be able to demonstrate a proven, successful track record.

You will be responsible for managing key clients within your sector, identifying new business and delivering high quality recruitment solutions. You will be backed by quality systems, a first class database and strong management team and whilst working with some of the best talent within the industry you will receive individually orientated training and opportunities for promotion to management and international secondment.
