We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, determined and resilient, and will be able to demonstrate a history of success within your previous positions or education. Ideally you will have previous recruitment experience however my client is willing to see anyone with a strong sales background who is capable of winning new business.
As a Recruitment Consultant joining our teams you will be responsible for your own client relationships, new business development and account management. You will be a key point of contact between clients and candidates by ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
Opportunities currently exist for all levels of consultants from Junior to Senior/Team Leader within the Marketing, Finance and IT divisions. The ideal candidate will therefore have first-hand knowledge of one of these areas and will ideally speak both German and English languages.
