Recruitment Consultant Finance & Accountancy Luxembourg

My client is a world leader in recruitment with a reputation for quality and professionalism and due to continued growth in their key markets they are now recruiting for additional consultants to join an established team in Luxembourg.

 

Tapping into their strong reputation you will be responsible for your own client relationships, managing a mix of existing relationships and identifying new business. Focussing on a range of strategically important issues and providing a key point of contact between clients and candidates you will ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained.

 

You may already have experience in recruitment or will have proven financial services or banking knowledge with ideally 2-3 years experience in the finance industry and a track record of account management and business development. You will have the desire to further your career and need to show ambition and persistence to work in this fast-paced, autonomous, team environment.

 

You will have a flair for sales, a pro-active approach and the ability to negotiate at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree and will be fluent in French and English. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to develop your own client portfolio and to join an international organisation with real credibility.
