The key focus of the role will be to manage, develop and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants. This will be an autonomous role and you will have full responsibility for recruitment, training, development, setting KPI's and all performance management issues. You will also act as account manager for existing clients as well as help to bring on new business. This is an exciting opportunity to build, manage and lead a growing team.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Recruitment Manager/Team Leader with strong people management skills, a proven track record in recruitment, and strong leadership skills. Local experience useful but not essential.
