My Client is not claiming to be one of the
true executive level search houses...
But equally, they are very keen to demonstrate how far away from bogstandard contingency recruitment they sit!
Typically working at the $200k to $500k level, this is a business in which 40-50% of the work is retained, if not exclusive.
Again, this role and this opportunity could not be defined as "true search", as there is some traditional recruitment involved, but it does represent one giant leap towards an executive level recruitment role.
This is a multi-sector business operating mainly across S&M, IT, Legal, HR, Accounting, Banking and Supply Chain.
They operate on 20 national PSAs, servicing some of Australia's most prominent and prestigious brands.
The caliber of people working within this business is pretty much as strong as any firm in Australia.
Average level of recruitment experience in this firm is 7-12 years, and average age is late 20's to early 30's.
They have an exceptional and unblemished reputation, and aside from being very, very highly regarded by their peers in the marketplace, they are also some of the nicest characters you will find in the Australian recruitment industry.
