Finance and Accountancy - Permanent Consultant (Qualified desk)
The company joined forces with a large US staffing services company some years ago. They now specialise in Accountancy, Banking, Legal, IT, Investment Management, Insurance, HR, Asset Management, Surveying and Public Sector Recruitment, with plans to introduce new sectors in various locations in the next 4 years.

Recruitment is offered on a permanent, contract and temporary basis from offices strategically placed across the UK.
They are a very supportive consultancy. Progression is available for anyone who has the requisite skills, and personal development and training is a real focus in the company not just a PR tool. Employing over 650 staff and with a remit to reach over 800 staff within the next two years, this truly is a company with an aggressive growth plan and we are looking for forward thinking individuals to help them to achieve their goals.

The role:

Placing senior finance professionals from Qualified level and above. It is estimated that the market will allow the team to expand to around 8 Consultants within the next 2 years, opening up opportunities for Consultants to develop team leader skills or to develop in to more of a business development role.

This is a full recruitment life cycle role from initial company research, prospect call through to sourcing, interviewing and placing suitable permanent candidates. A real focus on new business development and cross-selling the new permanent offering to existing temporary clients. A team based commission scheme is in operation and therefore you must be a team orientated individual.

The Person:
Minimum of 12 months Recruitment Consultant experience You will be dealing with senior Finance and Human Resources personnel and must be capable of demonstrating credibility in front of them. You will need to be highly professional with a very strong commercial outlook You will be working to build up a new offering alongside an already successful temp brand and will therefore be liaising closely with your temporary counterparts so will need to demonstrate the highest levels of diplomacy and teamwork. Ideally with permanent recruitment experience with senior business to business selling skills.
You must have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle Ideally of graduate calibre
