Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance - Birmingham, Midlands
A niche recruitment provider with offices in the London, Manchester and Birmingham who specialise in Permanent positions within Sales and Marketing, HR and Accountancy and Finance.
Role:
Looking for a specialist recruitment consultant from the Finance and Accountancy sector. The candidates must be working in the Birmingham market for a least 2 years and have a demonstrable track record of successful revenue generation. The role will ultimately include recruiting and developing a finance team within the existing business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience within Accountancy and Finance. Candidates with a strong sales track record and strong business development skills with thrive in this environment and will be offered excellent promotional prospects to grow your own division once you have proved yourself. You must be a positive, hard working, diligent & committed person with high standards both in personal presentation and work ethic.
You will need be ambitious, enjoy a challenge and focused on new business development, as well as being self-motivated and have the drive and determination to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
