The process is simple, find a company, find a vacancy, find the right candidate, get paid!

For this though you will need to be

• Driven and determined
• Capable to work towards targets
• Not afraid to pick up the phone
• Flexible as this is not a 9-5

As this is a Graduate role or equivalent, you will ideally be finishing university and probably thinking what to do next. This is a fantastic opportunity to pay off those study debts and start a long last career that gets better every year.

You will be able to work in many different sectors and industries, so will also be able to put that all important degree to use!

A typical day will be spent, talking to companies existing and new. Sourcing candidates by various means, writing job specs and closing every important deal.

Training will be provided and you will be learning from the best!
