Temporaries Commercial Recruitment Consultant - hot hot desk!! A fantastic opportunity has arisen to take over the running of an existing commercial temporaries desk which is hot hot hot!! You will be expected to manage the current temporary numbers whilst looking for new areas to develop the business. Full commission will be paid on the existing temps desk so long as you can demonstrate that you are growing and developing the desk and that you are not simply baby sitting the existing numbers! The Role To deliver unrivalled customer service to temporaries and client companies, maintaining and expanding the existing client base and continually developing new business, To generate sales turnover in line with current action plan targets. To match temporaries to assignments such that agreed performance standards on re-hire and return are met. Business development through sales calls and relationship building. To be focused on customer satisfaction and quality at all times. To conduct appropriate follow up to ensure successful assignments and a satisfied client and temporary as per client care strategy. To keep electronic and manual records to comply with organisational, legal and statutory requirements. The Person Must be an ambitious individual with proven sales ability - a highly professional and presentable individual Candidates will have temporary's recruitment experience, ideally within the commercial sector. A team player with excellent communication skills A forward thinker with the ability to use initiative. Good knowledge of the local area.
