Niche, boutique HR recruitment business in Central London is seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Senior Interims team.
This is a well established business with an excellent name in the market and it is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join a team placing Senior HR professionals on an interim basis at salaries of 500 per day and 80k+ contracts.
You will inherit a warm desk with an existing client base, will be liaising at Director level and account managing relationships with some high profile clients however you will also have to develop new business to drive the earning potential of the desk.
The working environment is very adult; there is no micro-management and it is not at all KPI driven. , The ideal candidate will have recruited at senior level, possess superb networking skills, a successful track record of billings and the drive to succeed.
