Job Description

Our client is an established recruiter that works within the professional services recruitment sectors of Banking, Finance, Tax, Legal, etc. They have built a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team and as well as seeking several additional consultants, they are also seeking a researcher/head-hunter. Ideally, individuals will come from a similar background with experience within a professional sector and who have experience of research/ head-hunting and candidate attraction.

The business recruits in a variety of ways including search and selection and contingency; the average salary levels they work on range but tend to be more mid to senior level. They are seeking people who have a solid and stable background and perhaps individuals who want to develop their career as a consultant

This role would suit an individual who would like to work in a more entrepreneurial environment; someone who wants more ownership of their role and who wants to grow with a business
