The Company
My client has been established since 1993, they specialise in 6 market sectors and have offices throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a Consultant for their Leeds and Altrincham Offices ideally with Finance, Accountancy or similar market experience.
The Role:
·Placing candidates into the Finance and Accountancy market
·New business development
·Cold calling
·Client and Candidate liaison
·Relationship building
·Ability to meet daily/weekly targets in a highly pressurised environment
·Client Visits
·Interviewing, matching and sourcing candidates
·Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times
The Person:
The position of Consultant within this high calibre agency will require you to have had previous recruitment experience within a highly targeted environment and knowledge of the Accountancy and finance market would be a distinct advantage. You will have a credible track record, strong business to business sales, ambitious and be looking for long term career progression. In return for your dedication and success you will receive ongoing support, high earning potential and the opportunity to further your prospects within the company.
