Experienced recruitment consultants, permanent division. £26k-£35k dependant on experience
360 degree experienced recruiters wanted-2-4 years experience.
Established in 1987.My client has grown organically and now employ over 50 people. They service the financial services sector; they also deliver recruitment solutions to the technology and media sectors. They have offices in London and New York with a turnover of £70million.
Due to continued growth plans, they are now looking to grow their permanent recruitment team.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
·Taking details of vacancies
·Researching appropriate resources for candidates and clients
·Qualifying candidates for potential roles
·Arranging interviews
·Negotiating offers and terms
·Attending client meetings
·Uploading job vacancies
·Generating placement revenue
·Assist with the account management of major contracts accounts
·Develop productive relationships with assigned clients and help to further develop these relationships
The successful applicant must possess the following:
·The ability to manage recruitment placement cycle
·The ability to work autonomously
·The ability to meet time demands of client/candidate recruitment processes
·The ability to promote the firms recruitment capabilities at client meetings
You will be a proven biller in your field of recruitment, and you will possess a minimum of 2 years direct recruitment experience.
