Recruitment consultant, London, £23k- £35k dependant on experience and excellent OTE.

One of the fastest growing companies in the UK are recruiting for a consultant to join their young, but very well established team, based in London. Turnover has increased from £600k in its first year to £17m in its 5th year. They are market specialists in the recruitment of finance and change management staff.

Core Responsibilities:
·Qualifying and preparing candidates for interviews
·Writing effective job adverts
·Negotiating fees and salaries
·Work your own desk
·Building your own business
·Business development

·Ideally 5 years sales experience and a proven biller
