Recruitment Consultant, Change Solutions, Recruitment Consultant, Change Solutions, City Of London, £20k- £30k + OTE + Bens My client, forgive the cliché really are a major player in the finance and change management arena primarily working with leading blue chip companies across the commerce/industry, banking/financial services, change solutions, management consulting, internal consulting and public practice sectors. Established in 2003 they really have grown from strength to strength, in 2007, at the first time of asking they were listed 10th in the Virgin fast track 100 list of the fastest growing private companies. In August this year, turnover was recorded at £19 million, showing phenomenal growth in such a short space of time. One of their key differentiating factors is our genuine understanding of each product area i.e. finance, programme management... This, as you may have experienced, is something unique in recruitment. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years recruitment experience within a relevant sector along with above average billing figures. You must be money hungry with intense growth plans, you will be confident and outgoing but at the same time you should be consultative and credible at executive level.
