Recruitment Consultant Financial Services, London, £20k-£30k + OTE+ BENS

Set up circa 3 years ago by a qualified accountant and an experienced financial services recruiter; and as a result of sustained growth have now opened their second office close to London Bridge. They focus on mid to senior level appointments as well as retained search in the IT and finance disciplines.

The great strength of my client lies in the skills and quality of its staff and over 30 years experience in the recruitment industry. They aim to help their clients secure and develop the leadership required to grow and transform their business.

You will be of graduate calibre with a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience within the financial services/IT sector. You will be able to work on your own initiative and must show the ability to be rational, objective and unbiased when making decisions. Most of all, you must be prepared to have fun and make lots of money!
