Senior Recruitment Consultant, finance and change management. My client is a specialist finance and change management recruitment group focused primarily on working with 'blue chip' companies in London and the Home Counties. The group, who are continuing to establish exciting new relationships, are achieving phenomenal year on year growth. In their 5th year turnover has just been released at £19.2million. Due to the shear success of their growth and performance they were ranked 10th in the Virgin fast track 100 upon the first time of entering the scheme. With outstanding offices located in the heart of central London that offer excellent transport links via Liverpool Street station, they have continued, structured growth plans however only for the right candidates, they will not sacrifice quality. As a senior consultant you will have circa 3-5 years experience working within finance or change solutions, either on an interim or permanent desk. You will be a consistent proven biller of £200k+ who is consultative and highly presentable at executive level. The ideal candidate will be money hungry, confident, ambitious, driven and assertive; without being arrogant or overbearing.
