Opportunity for an experienced Commercial recruiter to become the focal point for Finance and HR recruitment within this privately owned specialist agency.

Successful experience of placing candidates of differing levels into Finance, HR or Commercial roles, ideally within the East Midlands region.

The Role
Recruitment Consultant, Finance and HR, Leicestershire. Warm desk
To become the main point for Finance recruitment within the company. You will take over the desk of the Business Owner. These are strong relationships.
Recruiting temporary, interim and permanent staff to work in Finance and HR roles throughout the East Midlands region.
Developing business with existing clients, and strengthening these existing relationships.
Targeting new clients, meeting them and winning their business.
Interviewing and gaining "buy-in" from suitable candidates.

A busy desk with lots to work on.
24 days holiday (inc birthday)
