Recruitment Consultant – Finance/ Accountancy
Edinburgh, Scotland
Base Salary up to £26k – OTE £70k + Benefits

Over the years, they have become widely acknowledged as a reliable and trusted name in the industry, enabling them to become one of the UK’s largest privately owned financial recruitment consultancies with an annual turnover in excess of £45 million.

With offices in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin and Sydney, our client recruits both professional and office support staff for the Investment Banking, Insurance & Financial Services areas. They are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong financial or accountancy recruitment background to contribute to a professional, driven and personable working environment.

This is a permanent role and will consist of the management and further development of a warm desk, with a client base of leading, reputable and highly sought after organisations. You will be joining a dynamic and experienced team, and with them you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients and maintaining existing ones immediately. As an experienced consultant, you will be ensuring a continued reputation for excellence among both candidates and clients and as such, readily contribute to the growth of the business.

You must have excellent organisation and communication skills, be articulate and have a proven record of generating and maximising relationships. In this instance potential candidates must have a minimum of six months recruitment experience to be considered for this role. The successful candidate will be comfortable with recruiting into the Finance/Accounting industry and will therefore be expected to hit the ground running.
