As an Interim Recruiter your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals
- Conducting telephone sales calls and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilisation of our services
- Developing new business opportunities
- Recruiting, hiring and placing finance professionals in interim positions with our clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community
Your qualifications should include:
- Target/goal driven with a strong personal desire to succeed
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in recruitment consultancy a definite plus. Ability to thrive in a sales environment is a must.
