The role

Working within a highly successful and driven team in Manchester city centre you will be managed, mentored and developed  directly, by the organisation's top biller.

You will enjoy a broad remit to further develop their corporate services markets in the North West focusing on senior interim / contract roles within Human Resources, Marketing and Finance for  commercial organisations.

The person

Confident, articulate and motivated with previous recruitment consultant experience including new business development.

Whilst experience of senior appointments to either  HR, Marketing or Finance is desirable, applications are invited from recruitment consultants who have covered any professional sector have an interest into taking on a senior interim remit across these lucrative sectors.

Similarly, whilst this is a contract desk, applications are also invited from permanent recruiters who are interested in developing their skills as senior contract recruiters.

The Package

Starting salary in the range £20,000 - £35,000, negotiable / dependent on experience

Excellent commission structure providing six figure earnings for the top billers.

Dedicated career development, training and support. Full back office tool-kit adverting, database etc...
