A vacancy has arisen for a trainee consultant to join our successful, close-knit IT recruitment team in Manchester. The key duties will involve the generation of top calibre IT candidates via a range of innovative methods and successfully networking this market. The role will initially entail qualifying and preparing candidates for interview. This will then extend to a full 360 degree recruitment position that will involve marketing for new business opportunities, managing client and candidate relationships and taking ownership of the full recruitment life-cycle.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate keen to embrace the fast-paced, challenging nature of the recruitment role and absorb the fantastic training and development available. You will be a strong communicator and rapport builder with excellent interpersonal skills. A positive attitude is a must along with the ability and creativity to build up solid relationships both internally and externally. Due to the fast moving and varied nature of the role excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
The IT specialism has grown rapidly in recent years and is one of the top performing in the Company. In recent years the specialism has focused on building a strong portfolio of Private Sector clients and is now a preferred supplier for the many Banks, Media, Legal and Blue Chip firms for both temporary and permanent recruitment.
