A specialist international recruitment consultancy is looking for an experienced Recruitment consultants whose niche market is placing personnel into accountancy roles.

Company and Culture
The company has been established since the mid nineties and covers a range of vertical markets including, Banking and Finance, Human Resources, Legal-(In house, Private Practice_ and Risk and Compliance.  It has a professional, entrepreneurial and mature environment where consultants are given the responsibility and the freedom to build their own desks as they are perceived to be the acknowledged experts in their field. The founding partners and managing directors have worked in the local market for more than 10 years.

The Role
You will be working in a predominantly contingent search methodology with some retained assignments depending on the client and their preference.  The company has been established in Singapore for a several years  so there is an established database of both clients & candidates already in place and as such you will be inheriting a warm desk.

Attributes, experience and Skills

1. You MUST have proven operational experience of the local market and be able to hit the group running
2. Ideally you will be Degree educated or the equivalent.
3. You Must be a Recruitment Consultant placing into the accountancy vertical.
4. You should have energy, passion, drive and enthusiasm to do the role & be dedicated to being the best.
5. Must be team orientated as well as able to work with responsibility and autonomy
6. You must be of a mature attitude with a professional image and attitude.

TRAINING /  PROGRESSION
Training as and when required. There are also excellent career progression opportunities to senior consultant/team Leader/manager.

PACKAGE
Basic Salaries: $90K Singapore - £120K Singapore depending on experience
Uncapped commission scheme. All the usual company benefits
