Job Description

My client is a market leading Financial Services and Banking recruiter. They have a very strong reputation across Australasia and the Far East, and are currently rapidly expanding. They require experienced consultants to inherit warm desks on their Financial Services and Banking teams, on both the contract and permanet side.

You will be working with a very successful team of consultants, all of whom have very strong billing records. You will enjoy working with first tier clients with whom there are already long established relationships. Due to the strong reputation of my client, business is regularly called in, and it is therefore relatively easy to bill.

The company is generally very relaxed, and it is not KPI driven. The environment is very autonomous, and Managers will not hold your hand! You will be given your brief, and it is up to you to run your desk to maximise revenue. You will be rewarded handsomely, with an excellent basic salary and a superb commission and incentives scheme.
