Base salary up to £30k + Excellent Commission + Benefits
One of the UK’s leading SME consultancies is actively seeking an experienced recruiter for its busy Leeds office. Our client has experienced year on year success within this sector, ensuring prominence as one of the country’s most respected consultancies with a strong future ahead.
You will be responsible for the management and further growth of your desk, working alongside a small team of extremely capable recruiters, most of whom will have a strong background in accountancy/ financial services or recruitment. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who thrives on a challenge and is capable of leading by example.
If you have at least 6 months recruitment experience in the accountancy sector, this role presents an ideal opportunity for personal and professional development. Business development is a key part of this role so you must be comfortable maintaining client and candidate relationships as well as building new ones – as such you will have a proven record of doing so in previous roles.
You will be provided with the tools necessary for you to be successful and your success will be rewarded with a range of bonuses and incentives including a fantastic base salary above industry norms and a generous commission structure.
