Based: Leeds
Basic: £20-30K
OTE: £50K OTE

The Role
·Placing Qualified Accountants on an Interim/Temporary basis
·Full responsibility for a busy temp desk - 360° Consultant role
·Meetings with Board Level Clients
·Interviewing Professional candidates
·Excellent career progression

Ideal Candidate
·Temporary Recruitment experience in any sector (ideally in Professional)
·Money-motivated and driven to succeed
·Consultative style doesn't't enjoy being too process-driven
·Enjoys working in a fast-paced, proactive environment
·Proven ability to generate new business, build client relationships and manage your own desk
·Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to deal at all levels
