As a consultant you are awarded the flexibility of building up a client portfolio of businesses within an allocated geographical segment. A key element of the role involves developing and maintaining key business relationships with prestigious organisations in Leeds and working with them to satisfy their recruitment needs. You will be managing a database of top calibre professional candidates within one of our key specialisms and working closely with them to manage their job search.
