Recruitment Consultant Trainees
Up to £18k + bonus + benefits OTE £30k+ 1st yr

I am currently working with a number of clients in the Yorkshire region who need graduates or candidates of graduate calibre to join their company as resourcers/trainee recruitment consultants. So, what qualities/skills does the ideal candidate need to get their foot through the recruitment door???

·Ambitious, self motivated and driven
·Be degree educated or of graduate calibre
·Previous sales experience (B2B, telesales, direct sales, retail…. etc)
·Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
·Target driven and confident
