Recruitment Consultant / Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Basic £16,500 +, OTE's £35k +
Leeds or Manchester
THE ROLE
·Telephone based business development role building relationships with existing clients and winning new business
·Sourcing and Managing candidates
·Face to face client and candidate meetings
·Build specialist knowledge in your sector.

An established IT recruitment firm, my client is now looking to expand due to increased success over the last 12 months. As well as developing their IT sector my client is also branching out, raising their profile, and proving they mean business in other sectors! A work hard and play hard environment my client expects dedication and 100% ambition and motivation. In return fantastic incentive schemes are on offer as well as a transparent, top heavy commission structure.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Trainee - At least 6 months Telesales (outbound), Door-2-Door or Field Sales experience is essential.
Consultant - At least 9 months recruitment experience.
Well-presented, motivated, hungry for success.
Excellent communication skills.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
Target driven.
And last of all needs the passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
