Job Description

My client are currently embarking on an ambitious growth journey over the next five years and offer excellent rewards and opportunities for hungry, motivated, high calibre Consultants.

They have an excellent reputation for delivering high calibre candidates within the consulting, risk, finance and change management remit. They recruit from mid to senior level. With state of the art offices the culture is dynamic and hardworking with a strong emphasis on teamwork and fun.

A number of their clients have strong resourcing needs within the finance change management space, and as a result they are looking to grow the team. This desk provides an excellent opportunity to grow a lucrative contract book of workers. The roles sourced are generally upwards of £450 to £1k per day, and the desk can deliver upwards of £350k worth of revenue, however top billers are achieving much higher than this.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years recruitment experience, with a minimum of 12 months worth of billing in a 360 role. Experience preferably within Professional Services would be preferable. The client will look at candidates from other sector backgrounds as long as you have a proven track record of billings and business development. You will also be experienced in building relationships and closing business with blue chip clients and SME's. In addition, the ability to track talent and headhunt is essential.
