Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Graduate Resourcer

Anson McCade are looking to fill a Junior Headhunter / Graduate Resourcer role. The applicant must be of sales, headhunting and graduate calibre. Good communication skills and a professional and positive attitude are essential. Any telesales or B2B sales experience would be highly beneficial (though not essential)

Anson McCade is a well established Recruitment, Search & Selection firm based in the city. We are a niche Consultancy who specialises in high-level IT and Finance roles.

As a Junior Headhunter / Graduate Resourcer, you will be introduced to the complete 360 recruitment process for placing candidates and as a result you will initially be involved in sourcing, short-listing and eventually placing suitable candidates for our clients. You will be screening potential candidates and short-listing them before sending them to employers so a good telephone manner is essential as well as the ability to absorb large quantities of information to suitably qualify for these high level roles.

This role requires you to resource candidates using headhunting and networking practices. This means recruiting passive candidates who may not want to get called & that is where sales comes into play! Recruitment is by nature a sales role and recruitment does involve a lot of time on the telephone.

Once you have gained knowledge of the market and a good understanding of the relevant industry you are resourcing for you will be able to progress into a Business Development focused role where you can essentially build your own desk!
