Senior Consultant / Team Leader in this specialist finance company
Basic c. £28-£40k OTE £70k+ good benefits and commission
Based Central London, Holborn

The Person
The right person will have previous recruitment experience ideally within the Financial or Banking sector but our clients will also consider consultants from other professional recruitment sectors as long as you have a proven track record. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate, professionalism, gravitas and confidence to deal in this market and liaise at a senior level. This market is very niche and would therefore require a dedicated, motivated consultant, who has an interest in these areas and is happy to improve their knowledge of the market to be successful.

Our client, a well established international professional services recruiter, is looking for a new consultant. With over 150 staff in the UK, their business continues to see growth across all sectors which include, banking, media, property, legal and tax. The business places training and development as well as career progression high on its list of priorities to attract and retain staff. They have a strong brand name in the market and a flexible approach to hours where necessary.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a specialist, niche, and very professional sector within the finance arena. You can choose to be a consultant or you could lead the team if you have previous supervisory experience or are interested in some extra responsibility. Working within the Audit and Tax Division, the desk you will be personally responsible for is already a £300-400,000 HOT DESK, that covers forensics and risk recruitment along with other specialist areas. Obviously you will still be expected to develop new business in addition to this and manage the existing client portfolio. If you choose to be a Team Leader you will supervise, mentor and work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the team. Opportunities to progress to Senior Management in the future will also be available.
