Working as part of a successful team, you will be recruiting HR professionals into Commerce & Industry, any vertical considered. This will be a warm desk with a good portfolio of clients to work with however you will still be expected to develop new business. The working environment is very adult, there is no micro-management, and it is not at all KPI driven.
