Job Description

This is a hot desk and the successful candidate will be recruiting HR professionals within Financial Services on salaries from 50k-90k. You will be liaising at Director level and account managing relationships with some high profile clients.

The working environment is very adult; there is no micro-management and it is not at all KPI driven. Although HR recruitment experience is not necessary, the ideal candidate will have recruitment experience at senior level, superb networking skills, a successful track record of billings and the drive to succeed. There is the potential to progress in to a management role in the near future too.
