You will join a highly talented, motivated and professional team and will inherit a hot desk which generated over 250k in income in the last full year. You will be recruiting into Private Practice clients. Although vacancies are easy to come by, candidate attraction is key. You will therefore need to be credible, a good networker and possess excellent communication skills.
You should have a solid career history; at least 18 months experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant within Legal and have a proven track record of billings. This is an autonomous, adult working environment, with no KPI's and plenty of billing opportunity.
In return the client is offering an excellent basic salary and a competitive commission structure with superb long term, career prospects.
