The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years proven billing history in a professional perm recruitment environment (not necessarily in tax). This role has the scope to grow into a team leader position for ambitious candidates who are looking to build a career within this dynamic, hugely successful recruitment business.

This client has placed considerable effort into developing a tax proposition over the last few years and they now have 3 very successful, high billing Permanent Consultants working a well established busy desk. They are currently servicing numerous PSL tax roles but are now looking to add Consultants to really capitalise on some of their existing relationships and develop new ones to take this proposition forward.

This is a warm desk working on roles in the 40k to 85k salary bracket. You do not need prior tax experience. The ideal candidate will know how to manage a perm recruitment process and like building both client and candidate relationships.
