Job Description

Specialist, financial services recruitment consultancy based in the City of London is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up their Temp Banking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager/Team Leader who is looking for their next step. You will be managing a team of 12 Consultants with responsibility for driving quality activity through the team, performance management, as well as growing the team, providing coaching and guidance to new consultants.

You will also be expected to deliver revenue contribution to cover base employment costs but will be given a portfolio of top tier PSL clients that will provide guaranteed business as well as those requiring further development.

The successful candidate will ideally have management/team leader experience or be a senior consultant with a successful track record of running a temp desk into banking & financial services. If you have a proven track record of success and possess the ability to drive forward a winning team, then this could be the job for you.

In return the client will offer an extremely competitive basic salary + package.
