Job Description

They have a specifically designated team to resource insurance underwriting and broking professionals throughout the UK and Europe.

They are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work on an interim General Insurance desk, dealing with a wide range of mid to senior level roles covering all areas including front office, claims and risk type roles.

This is a warm desk and the role is extremely client facing and candidate driven. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have a solid career history; at least 18 months experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant and have a proven track record of billings. You should be able to run a successful desk autonomously but also work well as part of a wider team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant that will allow you to be part of a great company and to become a true market leader and a specialist recruiter. You will need to be highly motivated, driven by reward and ambitious with a proactive and energetic approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must as you will be liaising at senior level and above.
