The Pro-Recruitment Group is an established and highly dynamic tax, finance and legal recruitment company. Unlike many other recruitment firms we do not feel the need to push KPIs on to consultants and we have a highly successful and unique style of recruitment.

All consultants that join us significantly increase their recruitment skills and tend to escalate to recruiting at more senior levels. The teams are very collegiate and highly profitable and most importantly the bonus scheme is the most lucrative in the market, bar none!

We invest heavily in advertising and ensure that all consultants have maximum exposure in the market and that candidate flow is exceptionally high.

The role we are looking to fill is a warm desk on the tax regions team where you will join 3 other consultants and you will form part of a larger team of 11. The Tax team are by far the market leaders in supplying tax candidates to the Big 4 accountancy firms, Top 50 and boutique tax practices.

We are ideally looking for a consultant with at least 2 years recruitment experience in tax or finance or an associated discipline. The training and on-the-desk assistance is second to none and you will significantly develop your all round sales and recruitment skills.

All our consultants are high-end billers and due to the bonus scheme and excellent treatment of staff, our attrition rate is exceptionally low, having only lost 3 consultants to competitors in the last 4 years, a statistics no other competitor can boast.

The only problem is that we only take the best, most creative and dynamic of consultants that can add value to our skill base and bring their own enthusiasm and self drive. We are highly positive and driven sales environment and we look after our staff exceptionally well, but we expect hard work, team players and those want to help us maintain our number one position in the market.
