£26k basic + £60k OTE

They are currently looking to expand their Manchester accountancy and finance division. Our clients Accounting & Finance division is a national supplier of accounting & finance staff, covering permanent, temporary and contract recruitment at all levels from Finance Assistant to Finance Director. With offices based in London, Croydon, Guildford, Reading, Milton Keynes, St Albans, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds; Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, the team comprises over 100 specialist consultants.
They place candidates at all levels, from clerical support staff to senior, qualified accountants and Finance Directors. Last year, we found permanent jobs for over500 individuals and filled over 850 temporary and contract vacancies.
The ideal consultant will previous recruitment experience but will happily consider other recruitment disciplines or people with previous B2B sales. Graduates or candidates with no experience are also welcome but they will really need to have excellent personal skills and the most recent recruit is a raw Consultant so sales experience would be preferential.

Any candidate is going to need to be strong in the following areas:
·Energetic / enthusiastic candidates with a strong team sports emphasis
·Outgoing strong interpersonal skills evident in the work place
·Commercial not just a desire to make ££'s but also an understanding of how the commercial world works or an interest in learning
