One of the UK’s leading SME consultancies is actively seeking an experienced recruiter for its busy Manchester office. Our client has a reputation for excellence both with candidates and clients alike. They have experienced year on year growth and as such have proven themselves to be leaders in their field.
Your role will consist of the management and expansion of your desk as you work alongside a small team of experienced recruiters, most of whom will have a strong background in accountancy/ financial services or recruitment. You will be a driven, hardworking and capable individual who thrives on a challenge and is capable of leading by example.
If you have at least 6 months recruitment experience in the accountancy sector, this role presents an ideal opportunity for professional and personal development. Business development is a key part of this role so you must be comfortable maintaining client and candidate relationships as well as building new networks – as such it is necessary that you have a proven record of doing so in previous roles.
You will be provided with the tools and training necessary for you to be successful and your success will be rewarded with a range of bonuses and incentives including a fantastic base salary above industry norms and a generous commission structure.
