Finance and Accountancy Recruiters - All Professional Sectors - Leeds and Manchester
Global recruitment specialist consultancy are currently looking for proven/successful consultants on the Contract temporary and permanent side of their Finance and Accountancy division. Working on a warm business within an existing team on the Part-qualified desk due to promotion, so excellent promotional prospects if you decide to go down the people management route. You will be responsible and accountable for business development within your region for this leading recruitment consultancy specialising within the Accountancy sector.
THE PERSON:
A background in recruitment is essential, all sectors and experience considered.
Business Development - to include expansion of existing business, winning new business to increase revenue on temporary and permanent business.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Recruitment experience within any sector to add value to this already successful business
2. Strong sales skills / although there are warm clients to service.
3. Stable work history
4. Full understanding of exceptional service and delivery
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. The ability to lead/influence/motivate a team under pressure
7. Team spirited attitude, not back room Manager style
8. Able to hit the ground running to a certain degree
9. Well Educated/Professional and driven
10. Now looking to work with full autonomy within this National player
11. Hard working, sales orientated background is required.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Ability to grow and develop strong relationships with clients.
14. Good time management and administration skills.
