Recruitment Consultant and Sales Representatives (Banbury based) required - £24,000 - £28,000, basic & a competitive commission structure. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or high flying B2B sales professional to join a strong, established and winning team within a company that boasts low staff turnover, sector leading commission structure .

With over 30 years experience of offering full recruitment service: search and selection, CV presentation, personality assessment and local knowledge this company provides the highest level of temporary and permanent recruitment support within the Executive Commercial, HR, Accountancy and Finance sectors. They know the local area intimately and have an in-depth understanding of the needs of the local employment market
The role: Commercial Perms Consultant
· Proactively develop a commercial/executive recruitment desk, focusing on Permanent placements
· To build upon an established client base whilst constantly looking for new opportunities
· Proactively search for candidates
· Match, screen and place candidates in to a variety of roles
· Represent company in a professional manner in all client and candidate dealings
· Suggest improvements and ideas to benefit the team
The person:
· You will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience or proven B2B sales experience
· You will be a strong team player
· Excellent communication skills
· Driven and ambitious
· Team Player
· Hungry for success
· Money motivated with own personal goals to achieve
The package:
· A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000
· Quarterly incentives
