Recruitment Consultant Accountancy

Base salary up to 28k OTE uncapped + Benefits.
A leading recruitment consultancy based in Dublin is in need of an experienced recruiter to join their ever growing accountancy and financial services team. As a business, our client has a long standing reputation for excellence, particularly in the accountancy and finance fields.
The role will consist of the management and development of both new and existing relationships. You will be joining an experienced team, and will therefore have the support structure to hit the ground running.
Given the demands of the role, it is necessary for any candidate to have at least one years recruitment experience. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to generate and build client and candidate relationships in previous roles, preferably within the accountancy or finance sector.
The ideal candidate will be rewarded with a base salary above industry norms, a generous commission scheme and numerous other benefits such as car allowance, expensed mobile phone and gym membership.
