Finance Recruiter - Permanent Accountancy EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR INDEPENDENT AND GROWING FINANCE AND ACCOUNTANCY SPECIALIST. The company My client was established in the early 1980's and has built a solid reputation along the South Coast for providing effective and quality recruitment solutions to the Finance and Accountancy market sector. With a strong and heavy focus on high level business they do not compromise on cost or quality. Perhaps one of the most unusual selling points of the company is that the Managing Director is an ex Chartered Accountant and therefore has a true understanding of what clients need. This is cascaded down to the team through ongoing training and back office shared support systems. Currently a network of 4 offices with future plans to open further offices The role You will work in a 360 degree recruitment role, developing clients through cold calling and dealing with existing clients through to advertising and placing candidates in to suitable positions. You will meet with clients on a face to face basis to assess company requirements and to gain a true understanding of the internal workings of the organisation. You will also be expected to meet with candidates on a face to face basis to assess suitability and to match appropriately. This is not a company that believes in micro management although you will be expected to work towards certain key performance indicators. Opportunities currently exist on either a Temporary or Permanent desk at a Junior or Senior requirement level. The package on offer will be dependent upon the individual. However, what we can tell you is that you will benefit from a very low monthly threshold and competitive commission scheme, free parking, company and individual incentives and a company car allowance scheme. The person We are looking for an individual who must have previous Recruitment Consultant experience, although this could be as little as only 6 months. We do require someone with a corporate image, who is used to working with high profile clients and is comfortable developing new business.
